of the candidate's business and personal qualifications, providing an accurate profile of both the
quantitative and qualitative aspects of each candidate's skills.
We contact numerous references, peers, superiors, and subordinates to obtain a cross-section of
evaluations from executives who have worked closely with each candidate. We require this not only to
understand the candidates suitability but also to determine any possible limitations. We present
